I have always thought the world of Princess Diana. I believe she was an amazing individual and a great example to follow. With that being said, I have been one of the fans that have been following the Royal Engagement and upcoming wedding of her son Prince William when I have the extra time. I am going to be one of the many that will be watching the wedding take place on April 29th. I find it very interesting how their wedding is not just going to take place in the church and that is it. They will be taking a route that goes past several famous landmarks on their way to Westminster Abbey. http://www.officialroyalwedding2011.org/blog/2011/March/10/Pictures-of-the-Royal-Wedding-Procession-route
However, in all of my reading up and listening to the latest on this important event, I have not yet heard about things that are always discussed about weddings in the United States. By that I mean, things like the wedding theme, colors, flowers, songs, and other things we always hear discussed when talking about a big wedding here. About the only things I know about for sure, is that the reception will take place at Buckingham Palace, the wedding at Westminster Abbey, and the processional along famous landmarks. Maybe noone else cares too much of these types of things, but I am a hopeless romantic, and this kind of thing just grabs my attention.
